Where to Find Help…
Sometimes people feel ashamed or embarassed about admitting
they have a mental health issue. Why? Because our society
has made it seem like a “bad” or negative thing. The media
portrays people who have a mental health problem as “dangerous”
or “perverse”. One in four people are affected by a mental
health issue so there is really no reason to be ashamed.
