Check Your Head is a mental health awareness program that outreaches young people between the ages of 13 - 25. By facilitating creative educational opportunities, trainings, and media opportunities we educate youth, young adults, teachers, administrators, parents and youth workers about mental health. Through partnerships with schools and organizations we leverage MHAC strengths in prevention, education, and outreach.

Empower young people, eliminate stigma, and become the primary resource for mental health education in Colorado.

Mission:
To work with school personnel, mental health advocates, and youth leaders to empower and educate young people to deal with the most pressing mental health issues.
